Terms of Service
Effective July 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of Inbox Detox (the “Service”), operated by AI Aerial Solutions (Brian Gorzelic). By connecting your Google account and using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Inbox Detox helps you understand and clean up your Gmail and related Google data. It is currently offered as an invite-only beta; access is limited to approved test accounts and may change, pause, or end at any time.
2. Your account & responsibility
You are responsible for the actions you take through the Service and for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to use the Service only for your own accounts and in compliance with applicable law and Google's terms.
3. Destructive actions & “fuk-it”
Most actions (like archiving) are reversible. However, the clearly-marked “fuk-it” feature permanently deletes mail with no undo. You acknowledge that you initiate all such actions yourself, after multiple confirmations, and that you are solely responsible for any data you delete. We strongly recommend testing destructive actions only on accounts whose data you can afford to lose.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is proprietary and owned by AI Aerial Solutions. No license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, except as expressly permitted in writing. Your data remains yours.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This is beta software and may contain errors or be interrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Aerial Solutions and Brian Gorzelic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data (including deleted email), arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Termination & changes
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.
8. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: bgorzelic@gmail.com.
